HTML email (plussizebabydolldress.blogspot.com)The other day, myself and my friend Maedhbh were looking up swimwear online together, she's a size 8 and I'm a size 16. A few years ago, this would not have been a joint shopping experience, it was always teeny dental floss bikinis for the skinny girls, and full cover up swimsuits for the curvy girls. Today we're swimming in a whole new ocean of options; we were both looking at bikinis and swimsuits agreeing on the fabulous, guffawing at the ridiculous. From plus size to pocket size, this summer, every body is beach body ready.
100 US dollars for full Bikini
Plus Sizers Gone are the days when we were constrained to "tankinis" - this year its time to try something new. US online retailer Monif C are paving the way in contemporary plus size clothing and they do curvy swimwear like no other. From bold bikinis to sexy swimsuits this range makes it easy to bare all on the beach.
â¬50 approx for full bikini
US online stores can have a hefty shipping cost, but don't despair. The lovely people over in Asos Curve have similar options. Remember that Asos Curve starts at size 18, so if you're a 16 shop in the Asos clothing line and you should find your size there.

Pocket Sizers For the skinny minnies in our gang, swimsuits are not just a cover up for the bo dy consc ious and you don't have to have massive boobs to fill them.

â¬24.66
Tr ue, you won't float in water like the rest of us, but flat chests can look stunning in the right suit. These options from Asos are very bond girl and won't break the bank.
Remember, if you want a bikini body, just put a bikini on your body!

NastÄpnie obszyÅam dekolt koronkÄ , a później doszyÅam cieniutkÄ czarnÄ taÅmÄ z cekinów. Przy zwykÅym Åwietle jej nie widaÄ (wiÄc nie ma kiczowatego efektu), a gdy zaÅwieci sÅoÅce caÅoÅÄ przyjemnie siÄ bÅyszczy.
I don't like having things in my closet hanging I don't wear. It make my closet explode and make other things I wear disappear. In effect it looks like I have a lot of clothes but nothing to wear! Terrible!
I got this shirt in winter and it looks pretty okay worn under a coat or cardigan. But worn just like that it looks quite terrible. It's a perfect example how a wrong neckline can destroy the whole piece. I had three solutions: sell it, throw it away or make a makeover. The first one would n't work (who would buy something like that?), the second one could be even done after the third solution wouldn't work. So I took a shirt with a nice neckline, put in on this shirt, took some scissors and started to work. After getting my new neckline done I sew some lace on it and some sequins. The sequins are black as well, in daylight they are almost invisible but when the sun shines on them they begin so sparkle. An hour work and the shirt is saved :)

It seems handkerchief dresses are kind of a thing this season. I hadn't much given them a second thought but the style is kind of growing on me. I love this one because of the great draping and print. Wouldn't mind waking up on an island, tossing this on and heading to the beach! Get it here.

I’ve been an on/off fan of brooches for years, and when I was younger I used to adorn myself in all sorts of badges and charity shop brooches. And now, thanks to Erstwilder, I feel that I will need a whole new room just for accessories.
“Quirky companions to keep your day dandy, inspired by a love for all things vintage, retro, and rockabilly. All limited edition, made from layered resin.”
“Decidedly fun, often outrageous, somewhat quirky but delightfully companionable; each character in the limited edition Erstwilder collection has it’s own little message and provides the perfect antidote to those drab, ordinary days.
Lovingly designed in Melbourne by a team of local illustrators.
Erstwilder collections are available in selected boutiques across Australia, New Zealand and online.”
I first became aware of Erstwilder when those delightful babes over at Junebugs & Georgia Peaches featured them on their blog, and I fell in love with the cute and colourful pieces. And so when the very sweet Marc from Erstwilder contacted me offering me the chance to own a few pieces from the collection, I jumped at it! It took me a little while to narrow it down to just three pieces, but I ended up going for ‘Phoebe the Fairy Wren’, ‘Martha the Mermaid’ and ‘Shake, Rattle&Roll Milkshake. I also ended up visiting the Erstwilder team at a tradeshow and when I found out that they were selling them there I couldn’t resist adding ‘Faustine Fox’ and ‘The Schnauzer and Klaus’ to my little collection.
It goes without saying that seeing the jewellery in real life brings it alive in ways that photos just can’t. The pieces are brighter, glossier and lovelier than I could have imagined. They come in aorable boxes with sweet little names and short stories and they are really quite special. They would make the most perfect gift – either for a friend or for yourself
Erstwilder use local designers to create their unique limited pieces, and I love that they are a mixture of fantasy and reality and I adore the variety!
The way that the resin is layered gives the pieces a 3D effect, and they are super eye catching. I’ve found them really easy to add to outfits, as they stand out but don’t take over. I think it’s important to add finishing touches to an outfit to make it your own and reflect your personality, and these lovelly pieces do just that.
I have my eye on a few pieces that I wish to add to my collection next (all of them) and it’s also exciting to know that they are stocked all over the world – click here for a current list of Erstwilder stockists.
And would you like some even better news? Erstwilder are currently hosting a giveaway…

So, what do you think of Erstwilder? Are you also a fan of their beauiful and quirky jewellery? Which pieces are your favourites? Let me know in the comments!

If I look confused, it's because I am. There's no back story, just amused at how telling my face is when I see something questionable. On to the reason you're heeeeere...
Dress | Jacket | Sneakers | Earrings
Here's a look from the weekend. I've only just got this dress and have already had to tell myself not to put it on just about everyday. You wouldn't know it from the last two cold ra iny days but it's been really warm in NYC - hot even. I love the ease of a great summer dress, especially a casual one that you want to toss on all the time. Thinking this might be my casual summer vibe.

Denim dresses in really cool updated silhouettes are popping up everywhere and I'm really loving this trend. It's an awesome mix of boho meets city with a bit of a 70's vibe. I've rounded up five of my current internet favorites! I also love this one for under $30! Which would you wear?

I realize that this blog title might be found under google searches for some sort of fundamentalist, separatist hate group and that kind of makes me laugh. Ha! It's me. Got'eeeem.
Did you guys have a nice long weekend? I sure wish it lasted a b it longe r! Perhaps a month or two... Well, memorial day is the official launch of "white" season, not that anybody adheres to those kind of rules anymore but it sure is fun having so many all white shopping options!

I know I haven’t mentioned it whatsoever, but I am getting married soon! And so OF COURSE a huge priority of mine isn’t wine or table plans – it’s the perfect lingerie.
I will give nothing away about my dress and all will be revealed following the big day, but naturally I just wanted to see what was out there in terms of ivory pieces and strapless options. And so I tried the Freya Deco Darling multiway bra with high waisted briefs.
I tried the set in a 36GG/16 and absolutely fell in love with it as soon as I saw it. It’s a beautiful slightly off white colour with a beautiful blue ish gem on the central gore and on the lovely high waisted briefs.
I found that this style fitted slightly larger in the cup and firmer in the back than the regular Deco bras. It’s slightly higher on the bust and obviously due to it being a multiway it fits differently on the bust even when the straps are on.
I have very top heavy boobs and I found that this cut in slightly at the top of them. The firm band felt really awesome and secure – I especially loved the feeling of having four hooks and eyes on it.
I loved the briefs. High waisted briefs are a huge yes. They fit me perfectly, but they did like to get a little familiar with my bum crack after an hour or so of wearing. I think a 2XL would have been better and I WISH Freya went beyond an XL in their bottoms.
I tried the bra without straps as well and it did a good job of staying up.
I’d definitely consider a piece from the Freya bridal range to go under my wedding dress on the big day. Personally I think that the strapless style would only be suitable under a dress that has a lot of structure, which I think a large busted woman would need.
The set is a perfectly gorgeous bridal set, and I love the touch of ‘something blue’ on the central gore and on the briefs. What do you like about it?
