Kimono - it's time to shine

HTML email (plussizebabydolldress.blogspot.com)

I always felt sorry for the kimono. Banished to the swimwear aisles, surfacing twice a year at most. The kimono was like the exchange student in the world of summer tops, part of the gang but never really belonged. Slowly, the kimono was appreciated by more than just holiday shoppers and now, it’s your time to shine kimono, yes, you  - kimono! No longer tossed aside in mis matched bikini bargain buckets, take your place on the high street as you are one of this season’s hottest trends, and we all want a piece of you!
Nicole Richie, might be short, but she is NAILING it!
Kimonos can be dressed up or down, and no matter what size you are, you can join in the kimono action. The kimono is perfect for concealing any hang up areas so for anyone a little bit plus, your jeans and top combos will get an instant confidence boost.
Asos Curve, €63.25
Although there are so many to choose from online, it really is worth trying on in store if you can, or choose from an online shop that has free and simple returns. Longer lengths are perfect for anyone tall, but smallies may feel swamped, especially if you have narrow shoulders, but don't despair, you won't be left out as there are plenty of short length options and petite fits too.
Petite range from Asos
Although often associated with a casual festival style, the kimono also works for fancy affairs! This long length fringed vintage kimono from Folkster.com is a perfect example of how the kimono is uber versatile.
